With Teversham Motors Ltd you're in safe hands, thanks to the parts and labour warranty that we offer.
Our warranty covers parts and labour for a minimum of 3 months or 3000m up to 12 months or 12,000 miles (terms and conditions apply), whichever comes first, from the date they were fitted. If the worst happens, and a part fails because it was fitted incorrectly, or as a result of the part itself, any repair work will be carried out for free.
To claim your warranty, you'll need to provide the original invoice. The repair work must be carried out at Teversham Motors Ltd, or at a garage designated by them.
The customer will be responsible for covering all fees for bills in excess of £100 settled via PayPal.
Teversham Motors Ltd have the right to cancel bookings or change any booking date.
All customers have the right to cancel and change bookings. Teversham Motors Ltd reserve the right to charge a fee of £25 for cancellation within less than 24 hours of the booking date or a "no show".
All booking are only provisional. All prices are subject to change.
Discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
An additional charge will be made should long life, platinum or multi-electrode plugs be required. There will be a proportional upgrade charge per service for special or fully synthetic oils. A charge may also be made for engine sizes in excess of 2200cc.
Online quotes are estimates. The final fitted price will be determined upon inspection of the vehicle by Teversham Motors Ltd. The final price may include other components and this may only be evident after dismantling. These will be charged accordingly. All old parts will be kept for inspection by the customer if required.
