A project for a customer. We were trusted to breath new life into the car in which she learnt to drive, back in the days when the roads were a little different. After four months involving work on the electrics, engine, brakes, bodywork and interior we were able to return it to her ready to go!
This Mini had not been given the attention it deserved, having sat in a garage for the last few years. The mileage was low and the car was essentially sound. A few body work jobs, new tyres, new bearings, new front arms, new exhaust, performance air filter and the checked roof, and it was ready to be enjoyed as the classic it is.
How we turned a 'tired' Jaguar V12 Sovereign into a beautiful piece of retro chic whilst trying to avoid many of the clichés commonly found on these Cobra-a-likes. After two years of head scratching and hard work, it's built, SVA'd and on the road.
The resurrection of a classic Elan +2 Coupé purchased as a rolling shell and a pile of bits which had been dismantled by the previous owner and stored in a garage for several years.
